Referral programme terms

These rules establish the basic conditions for participation in the "MOTOPALACE BONUS PROGRAM" event.

The organizer of the event is a trading company:

Moto Palace s.r.o., Slavětínská 662, Prague 9 – 190 14, IČO: 24196151, DIČ: CZ24196151 (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”).

Other entities that can participate in the event are:

Recommender – a new or existing customer of the organizer who does not have any obligations towards the organizer after the due date.

Recommended – corporate current or future customer of the organizer (third party) meeting all the conditions for concluding a new one (purchase or purchase of a motorcycle).

These rules of the program establish the conditions for obtaining a reward for a referral (hereinafter referred to as the "reward") in the event of a new contract between the organizer and the referee (hereinafter referred to as the "contract") under the conditions set forth below in the event that the contract is concluded on the basis of the referrer's exclusive recommendation.

Referral Bonus is a reward in the amount of CZK 500 in case of concluding a new contract between the Organizer and the Referee. The organizer of the event and the Referrer will draw up an Agreement on the performance of work, on the basis of which the remuneration will be paid to the Referrer, by transfer to a bank account. At the same time, the recommended person is entitled to a voucher in the amount of CZK 2,000, which applies to the purchase of goods on the website www.motopalace.cz

Additional conditions that must be met and the procedure required to obtain the reward:

The recommender recommends the offer of services offered by the organizer to the recommended. Services for the purposes of the "MOTOPALACE BONUS PROGRAM" event means the service of express purchase and sale of a motorcycle, while it always applies that the referrer is entitled to one reward in the event of concluding a new contract or more contracts between the organizer and the referrer. If one contract contains several services, only one reward belongs to the referrer.

One recommended customer can conclude several contracts with the organizer. When making a recommendation, the recommender always tells the organizer the name and surname of the contact person, their phone number and e-mail address. Notification to the organizer takes place by filling out a form on the designated website for this event.

The order for services provided by the organizer and the subsequent conclusion of the contract between the organizer and the referee must be made within a period of two months from the notification of the recommendation to the organizer. At the same time, the recommended person will provide the correct identification data when drawing up a new contract with the organizer. In case of failure to provide these identification data, or their incorrect provision, the referrer is not entitled to a reward.

Entitlement to the referrer reward arises after the expiration of one calendar month from the date of closing
of the purchase contract between the organizer and the referee, provided that the referee has fulfilled all requirements arising from the purchase contract.

The organizer reserves the right to change the individual conditions of the event. In the event of a change to the conditions, the referrer is not entitled to compensation for damages or other compensation, if he was not entitled to compensation before the aforementioned change.

By participating in the event, both the recommender and the referee express their agreement with the rules and conditions of the event and undertake to comply with them. At the same time, the recommender gives the organizer in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended, consent to the processing and use of your personal data for marketing purposes, in particular for sending business communications via electronic means according to Act. No. 480/2004 Coll. for a period of two years within the activities of the organizer and third parties - partners of the organizer. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The referrer has the right to withdraw his consent, in writing to the address of the organiser's registered office, and also the rights according to § 21 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll., i.e. in particular the right of access to data concerning him, and the right to correct, block or demand their liquidation, as well as the right to an apology. The withdrawal of consent is effective at the moment of delivery to the organizer. By accepting the reward, the referrer gives consent to the use of his personal data, expressions of a personal nature, likeness, name and surname or records for the purposes of the organizer for a period of 2 years. The provision of personal data is voluntary. The referrer declares that he has the express consent of the referrer in the above-mentioned scope to provide his data as part of this event "MOTOPALACE BONUS PROGRAM" and the referrer has agreed to be contacted by the organizer in connection with this event. If the referrer does not have such consent, they may not participate in the event, and are not entitled to a reward.

The organizer reserves the right to unilaterally update, supplement or cancel these conditions at any time.

Consent to the processing of personal data

By filling out the order form and clicking the Send button, I confirm that the personal data provided by me are accurate and true, and I agree to be processed by the company Moto Palace s.r.o., Slavětínská 662, Prague 9 – 190 14, IČO: 123456, VAT number: 123456 (hereinafter referred to as the “administrator”) and used for marketing purposes, in particular for sending business messages via electronic means according to Act. No. 480/2004 Coll. for an indefinite period (i.e. until further notice) as part of the activities of the administrator and third parties - partners of the administrator. I acknowledge that the provision of personal data is voluntary, that according to Act. No. 101/2000 Coll. on the protection of personal data, I have the right to access them, I also have the right to contact the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in the event of a violation of my rights, and I also have the right to withdraw consent to the use of personal data at any time.
